We’re launching a brand-new Mini Gymnastics Class for school-age children in Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3!
New class available on Wednesdays from 17:00-18:00 – perfect for little movers to build confidence, strength, and coordination!

NEW BUILDING
Over ten years ago, the dream began with two people—Liz and Natasha—sitting in Costa, envisioning the future we wanted to create.
Despite many setbacks along the way, that dream never faded, and our team of dreamers grew. Our coaching staff has spent years working toward this goal, and our directors never gave up.
Today marks a momentous occasion as we finally opened our doors to our gymnasts. We’re excited to grow an incredible club in Ashington, and we have so much more to offer—this is just the beginning!
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported this journey over the years. We couldn’t have done it without you. Watch this space, because the best is yet to come!

Happy Health Strong
Leadership Academy
We’re so proud of our young leaders, who are vital to our club and the next generation of coaches. Starting at age 11, they help support younger gymnasts and ensure our sessions run smoothly. At 14, they can take on coaching roles through the Helpers Award, and at 16, they can earn a Level 1 coaching qualification. Many also pursue judging opportunities through British Gymnastics.
With Liz, our head coach and tutor, guiding them, they’ve been invaluable—especially in helping us set up our new gym!

There will be a 1 week shutdown over Christmas 2024.
Any groups affected by this will have fees adjusted accordingly.

We understand that many parents hope to see their child in a competitive group, but the truth is—gymnastics is about so much more than competing.
Not every gymnast will follow a competitive path, and that’s OK! Here’s what’s just as important to focus on:
Effort & Progress – Hard work, dedication, and personal growth matter more than placement in any group.
Building Confidence – Gymnastics teaches resilience, self-belief, and the courage to try new things.
Teamwork & Friendship – Learning to support others, work as a team, and build lifelong friendships.
Passion & Enjoyment – Loving the sport, staying active, and having fun without the pressure of competition.
Success doesn’t always mean medals or advanced groups—it means growing stronger, more confident, and more resilient. Every gymnast’s journey is worth celebrating!

We’ve registered Wansbeck Gymnastics and Trampolining Club with #easyfundraising, which means over 7,000 brands will now donate to us for FREE every time you use #easyfundraising to shop with them.
Retailers including Amazon, ebay, Just Eat, Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, and everything in between!
These donations will help us to buy new equipment and to get ready for new opportunities ahead, so please sign up to support us – it’s completely FREE and doesn’t take long.
Also for every person that signs up in January the club will relieve £1… if 200 sign up we get £200, if 1000 sign up we get £1000! Just for signing up.
There are no limit for how many people can sign up per household, you just need a separate email address. Please tell family and friends too.
