What We Offer

REGISTRATION WITH WANSBECK GYMNASTICS AND TRAMPOLINING CLUB
Are you for looking to join Wansbeck Gymnastics and Trampolining Club.
All classes are running from our centre at 1 Birchwood Way, Ashwood Business Park, Ashington NE63 0XD.
Fees are paid upfront and are £48 for a 6 week block for recreational classes and £35.1 for Preschool Classes.
Payment is required on booking of place. If you join part way through the block you will be charged pro-rata for the number of weeks remaining in the block.
We have classes in the following age categories:

Preschool independent classes are for nursery aged 3 & 4 years.

Old Mini's classes are for school age children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 (under British Gymnastics insurance rules and policies, children moving into Reception can only attend our Mini's classes once they have started attending school)

Juniors classes are for school Years 3, 4, 5.

Senior classes are for school Year 6 upwards.
Members are grouped appropriately within each class, all classes cater for all levels from complete beginner to advanced.

Click on the Class you want to sign up for, then click on the 'Select Students' button and follow the instructions to create an account.
Once you have registered and paid you will receive all the required New Member information.
To train with the club your child will need yearly British Gymnastics Membership which provides their insurance £24 per year or £18 for preschool classes.
To train your child can wear comfortable leggings/shorts and t-shirt or a leotard with shorts.
Coming Home To Newbiggin
Our new set-up is nearly ready and we’re getting very excited to be back in Newbiggin!
Newbiggin has been part of our club’s history for many years, and we’re looking forward to being back in the community and welcoming local families through our doors.
We’ve already had lots of interest from families in the area and we can’t wait to get started, introduce more children to gymnastics and see the gym full of smiles and energy once again.
We’re looking forward to this next chapter and to becoming part of the Newbiggin community

Leadership Academy
We’re so proud of our young leaders, who are vital to our club and the next generation of coaches. Starting at age 11, they help support younger gymnasts and ensure our sessions run smoothly. At 14, they can take on coaching roles through the Helpers Award, and at 16, they can earn a Level 1 coaching qualification. Many also pursue judging opportunities through British Gymnastics.
With Liz, our head coach and tutor, guiding them, they’ve been invaluable—especially in helping us set up our new gym!

Recreational Block & Week Calendar
The recreational block & week calendar can be viewed and downloaded HERE.
There will be a 1 week shutdown over Christmas 2024.
Any groups affected by this will have fees adjusted accordingly.

We understand that many parents hope to see their child in a competitive group, but the truth is—gymnastics is about so much more than competing.

We’ve registered Wansbeck Gymnastics and Trampolining Club with #easyfundraising, which means over 7,000 brands will now donate to us for FREE every time you use #easyfundraising to shop with them.
Retailers including Amazon, ebay, Just Eat, Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, and everything in between!
These donations will help us to buy new equipment and to get ready for new opportunities ahead, so please sign up to support us – it’s completely FREE and doesn’t take long.
Also for every person that signs up in January the club will relieve £1… if 200 sign up we get £200, if 1000 sign up we get £1000! Just for signing up.
There are no limit for how many people can sign up per household, you just need a separate email address. Please tell family and friends too.
