Training Guidlines
Hair
Gymnasts and trampolinists should attend every training session with their hair tied up in a bun and any short/ fringe pieces need to be clipped back
It’s unsafe for them to be training with hair in their face and loose ponytails as this will be affecting their vision and could get caught on the apparatus.

Water
Please ensure all gymnasts bring a refillable water bottle.
Gymnasts can refill their water inside the gym if needed.

Mobiles
Mobile devices should not be used within the hall.
Please ensure mobiles are either switched off or on silent mode.

Photography and videos are not allowed during training sessions.

Entry / Exit
Gymnasts under 11 years old need to be escorted to and from the gym waiting area.

Personal Belongings
Only essential training items should be brought into the hall.
Earrings
Earrings must be removed. Newly pierced earrings can stay in for
6 weeks but must be covered by tape.
Nail Length
Gymnasts & Coaches need to keep nails short.
-
Nails should not be seen in excess over the fingertip when palm facing upwards (aka netball rules nails)
-
Acrylic nails of any size are not permitted.

This is a health and safety issue catching a long nail on
equipment, coach or yourself can be painful and have
consequences to any following movements like catching the bar,
placing hands in the beam or landing the right way up!
